A virtual space where Black folx can communalize grief and lovingly affirm one another. Hosted by Aleshea Harris.

The event will consist of two sections:

A) Release

Interested participants will be given time to individually let off steam.

You can rant, rage, cry, get some things off your chest in a forum that affirms your right to feel however you feel.

B) Refuel

Interested participants will be given time to individually share work (poetry/love letters/rallying cries/monologues) intended to inspire hope, strength and joy to everyone listening.

The goal is to leave this convening reminded that there is a whole community of Black people who understand and have your back.

Please indicate your interest in whichever section will be most nourishing for you.

If you select both, you may be asked to choose one depending upon the number of interested parties.

You do not have to participate in either. Respectful observers are welcome.
