The Philadelphia Writers Emergency Fund is a donation-based resource to provide aid to writers, independent booksellers, and those who work at independent presses that have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic (also known as coronavirus).
This fund is for writers, booksellers, and individuals who work at independent presses that are based in the greater Philadelphia area. We define the greater Philadelphia area as Philadelphia County (PA), Delaware County (PA), Chester County (PA), Montgomery County (PA), Bucks County (PA), Burlington County (NJ), Camden County (NJ), Gloucester County (NJ), and New Castle County (DE).
